Return & Exchange Policy

At Medicube.sa, we are committed to providing authentic products and a secure, reliable shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Right of Return

In accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations, customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened and sealed
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Medicube.sa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened:

  • Skincare products
  • Personal care products
  • Any product that has been used or unsealed


3. Beauty Devices

Skincare devices may be returned only if:

  • They remain unused
  • They are unopened
  • All original components and packaging are intact

Devices showing signs of use will not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

In such cases, Medicube.sa will cover return shipping costs.


5. Product Description (Item Not As Described)

Medicube.sa makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and ingredient lists are accurate based on information provided by suppliers and manufacturers.

However, customers acknowledge that:

  • Manufacturers may update packaging design without prior notice.
  • Formulations or ingredient order may be updated by the manufacturer.
  • Product color appearance may vary depending on device display settings.
  • Skincare results vary depending on individual skin type and usage.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that minor variations in packaging, labeling, or manufacturer updates do not constitute a product misrepresentation, provided the product delivered is authentic and matches the brand and category ordered.

Differences in personal expectations or individual results shall not be considered grounds for an “Item Not As Described” claim.


6. Return Shipping Fees

If the product is defective or incorrect, Medicube.sa will cover return shipping costs.

If the customer chooses to return an eligible product for personal reasons (change of mind), actual shipping costs of SAR 29 will be deducted from the refund.


7. Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • A return shipping fee of SAR 29 applies
  • A new shipping fee of SAR 29 applies for sending the replacement item

The replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned product.


8. Bundled Products

If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the remaining items will be recalculated at their original standalone price rather than the promotional bundle price.


9. Free Promotional Gifts

If an order included a promotional gift, the gift must be returned unused in order to qualify for a full refund.

Failure to return the promotional item may result in a deduction equal to its retail value.


10. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Medicube.sa is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions once the refund has been issued.


11. Abuse Prevention

Medicube.sa reserves the right to review excessive or repetitive return requests and take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse of the return policy.


12. Independent Reseller Status

Medicube.sa operates as an independent reseller of authentic products from Medicube.

This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Medicube.sa and does not extend to manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated.
