- If any product is unavailable, the order will be adjusted, and the unavailable item’s amount will be refunded automatically.
5. Common Order Cancellation Cases
- Selecting a shipping method that is incompatible with the size or nature of the products.
- Any suspicious transaction or violation of the store’s sales policy.
- Failure to receive the shipment by the customer. In such cases, shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded automatically.
- If the order was under a free shipping offer and returned, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
6. After Order Cancellation
- Payments received from the payment provider may take 1 to 3 business days to reach the store.
- Refund processing times:
- 1 to 3 business days for Mada payments.
- 1 to 7 business days for Visa and Mastercard payments.
- Customers may request an express refund by providing their bank account number to customer service. The refund will be transferred as soon as the amount is received from the payment provider during working hours.
